I am one week post operation from a breast augmentation. All has gone well and I am very pleased with all aspects of my care pre and post operation. The initial consultation with Gary helped me to understand my options and what risks were associated to the operation. Gary has been available for questions whenever I have had any. The operation went very well and I am really pleased with the results and the aftercare I have received.

I found my consultation with Gary Ross very helpful as he explained the procedure in detail and showed me before and after pictures of other pantients which had facial moles also removed. This allowed me to feel less anxious about going through with the procedure and understand would look like. I would definitely recommend Mr Ross.

Having been very insecure about the look of my ears all my childhood and never having told anyone about this insecurity, approaching a surgeon for help was a major step for me. But from start to finish Mr Ross and all the staff at the hospital have been very supportive and reassuring all the way. After my initial consultation I left very happy in the knowledge that I would be looked after during my pinnaplasty and was told what I should expect. 6 weeks on from the procedure I am very happy with the result and despite the pain the first few days after surgery, it is definitely worth the confidence in my appearance that I have now gained.

I could not fault the care I received from Mr Ross and his team at the Alexandra. From my first consultation he listened to what I wanted to achieve from the surgery and we discussed what was realistic. I had 2 or 3 further consultations prior to my surgery and he answered my pages of questions. The communication between Mr Ross and his whole team was fantastic and I knew I could contact them at any time with any questions and queries. On the day of surgery they all made sure I was put at ease and took away my anxiety. The nurses were great looking after me post-op and all the team including Kay and Vicki came to see me before i was discharged. I would recommend Mr Ross to anyone! Thank you so much.

I proceeded with surgery yesterday having an arm lift. The care I received was super. The anaesthetist was excellent Philip haji Michael and the whole surgical team out me at complete ease. the pain is uncomfortable as arose to painful and this is the same as I felt yesterday. It was not as painful as I expected. It has exceeded my expectations. Mr Ross very warm and professional and made me feel at ease and also managed my expectations well. I would be happy to recommend Mr ross and his team.
